Who Is Valentina Working For? Val Is Back And Seen Recruiting Yelena Belova

If you had doubts about how Yelena will be seen in the Hawkeye series, we just found out the answer from the Black Widow movie.

Who is Yelena talking to before Natasha’s grave?

We were never alerted and prepared for the death of Natasha, and the movie brought her back alive by telling her story, and now we know that we miss her more than we did before.

By the end of the movie, Natasha boards a jet, prepping to release her other dysfunctional family members from the prison. All we know is that she told something to Secretary Ross or something that he couldn’t say no to.

But the story immediately shifts to her death by the end credits scene. After that, we see a sad Yelena Belova clearing her sister’s grave and Valentina making her appearance in the MCU scene again.

Who is Valentina?

Well, she appeared in Falcon and the Winter Soldier trying to recruit John Walker. By the end of the show, he agrees to join her and even gets a suit.

Now, in the Black Widow movie, with the conversation she had with Yelena, it looks like she is already working with Valentina.

The last time we saw Yelena before Natasha’s death was when she set out to give back the free will of remaining Black Widow recruits worldwide.

We have no idea how she crossed paths with the likes of Valentina.

As of now, we don’t know who Valentina works for and whoever they are. However, some fans think it might be the Power Broker, aka Sharon Carter.

Anyway, if it is her, then we get that she might have a reason to get Hawkeye out of the equation. But, if it’s someone else, then we have no idea why they want Hawkeye dead.

He did kill half of the remaining bad guys during his alter ego phase, so who knows.
