Time-Keepers, or the word we find more accurate, the Space Lizards, are someone that we heard a lot about in the first episode of Loki but never got to see.

Who are the Time-Keepers?
According to Miss Minutes, Time-Keepers are the ones that maintain the proper flow of time by safeguarding the sacred timeline.
As to what gave them the power to decide, it is something up for question. Frankly, all of us would benefit from a different timeline where Tony Stark and Natasha lived.
These Space Lizards are MIA, and only Renslayer says that she is in constant contact with them. According to what we saw, even Mobius has never met them. We are pretty sure Loki will do something stupid soon enough for us to meet them.
Who are the Timekeepers in the comics?
Time-Keepers in the comics maintain a bitter-sweet relationship with the Avengers. Even though they are good basically, they have caused trouble for the Avengers too.
In some instances, the Time-Keepers have tried to keep the Avengers from coming together, fearing that they could take the Timekeepers down when they join the force.
The Time-Keepers were first introduced in Marvel comics back in 1979. It was in the Thor comics where readers met the Timekeepers.
According to the comics, this big multiversal war resulted in the old universe being destroyed, and while it was on the verge, He Who Remains, created these three to keep guard of the sacred timeline.
Who is He Who Remains?
We did not hear a lot about him yet in Loki, but he is said to be the one that lived at the end of the last multiversal war, as his name suggests, and he is the one that created these space lizards.
According to what we know, there was a universe that had all the multiverse running along. Then came the problem with supremacy, which led to each timeline fighting for it.
This ended in the destruction of the previous timeline. Now, this may be the battle these left-over heroes and the ones in training will be fighting.
Will Doctor Strange 2 Connect to the Timekeepers?
As far as we know, we hear these lines from Miss Minutes, which gives us a hint about what is to come in the Multiverse of Madness film.
“Now the Timekeepers protect and preserve the proper flow of time for everyone and everything. But sometimes, people like you veer off the path the Time-Keepers created. Stepping off your path created a Nexus Event, which, left unchecked, could branch off into madness, leading to another multiversal war. TO make sure that doesn’t happen, the Time-Keepers created the TVA.”
Miss Minutes warns about what a variant can do, and if someone as powerful as Wanda Maximoff or Kang the Conqueror veer of the sacred timeline, then the Nexus level event is imminent.
In the comics, it was Kang the Conqueror who killed the Timekeepers. We don’t know how MCU is going to spin the story so, stay tuned.
