The Power Of Four Emperors : OnePiece
The Yonko (meaning Four Emperors) is the most vital pirate captains and one of the Three Great Power of the world in the Onepiece. The Four Emperors emerged 24 years ago after the pirate king Gol D. Roger‘s execution.
Currently, the Four Emperors are Big Mom, Kaido, Shanks, and Black Beard. The Four Emperors are residing individually within the New World the half of the Grand Line divided by Red Line. They thought each other as an enemy and never formed allies with each other.
Over forty years ago, the three of Four Emperors White Beard, Big Mom, and Kaido were the members of Rock Pirate known as the most dangerous pirate crew of that era. White Beard is one of the Emperor before the war at the Marineford called Paramount War. He died due to weakened by his poor health and taking damage from battle and Marine Admirals.

In Gol D. Roger‘s time over 25 years ago, Big Mom and White Beard are the strongest pirates after the pirate king. And within twelve years after the pirate king’s death, Shanks and Kaido became powerful to form Emperor themselves.
Former Emperor Edward Newgate (White Beard Pirate)
White Beard is the Emperor considered as the strongest man, and he showed his fighting ability in Marineford even in his old age. Moreover, he has the power of the rare Paramecia class Gura Gura no Mi, which means Equake Devil Fruit; allowed him to generate disasters powerful shockwaves. White Beard has the monstrous strength that can stop the battleship with his bare hand. He also has high endurance of 267 cuts, 152 gunshots, 46 cannon shots, and deadly attacks from Marine Adrimals while standing on his feet without falling.
Charlotte LinLin (Big Mom Pirate)
Big Mom possesses an enormous amount of strength; she can destroy entire cities and massive battleships with her bare hands. Her body somehow breaks the force of the Giant’s body and strong enough to kill a Giant in her child state. Also, with the power of Paramecia class Soru Soru no Mi (Soul Devil Fruit); Big Mom can take people’s souls to result in dying victims, or deceasing the victims remaining lifespan depending on the year’s worth life force she takes. Then she can place the life force in objects to become alive and her loyal servants known as Homies.
With that power, Big Mom had thousand of subordinates and three special Homies which directly powered from Big Mom’s soul. They are Prometheus who gave the power of fire element to Big Mom, the thunder cloud Zeus who gave the power of lighting element to Big Mom, and bicorn hat Napoleon who could turn into a sword with immense attack power. When a combination of Prometheus and Zeus, Big Mom can manipulate the surrounding weather to ravage effects.
Kaido (Beasts Pirates)
Kaido is known as the most vital living creature in the world. Like Big Mom, his body has immense strength and immune to weapons and damages from the enemy. He has been sentenced to execution 40 times, and he survived because any way of implementations can’t kill him. Although he once fell from 10,000 meters high sky island, he only got a small headache. Moreover, he ate a Mythical Zoan type Devil Fruit which allows him to transform into a vast Eastern Dragon. With his Dragon Form, he can fly and also breathe the fire with a wide range of massive destroying power. Besides, the iron-like scales from his Dragonskin make him invincible.
Marshall D. Teach (Black Beard Pirate)
Even before getting the power of Devil Fruit, Marshall D. Tech was significantly capable of combat as a pirate of WhiteBeard’s Second Division. He even gave the scar on the Emperor, Red Hair Shanks in his high guarding state. He got the Logia type Yami Yami no Mi (Darkness Devil Fruit) by killing the fourth division commander, and he has been chasing by Ace; the second division commander. Later he became one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea by defeating Ace and handing to Marine. After he stole the Gura Gura no Mi from WhiteBeard’s dead body in Marineford Battle, he became the first person to utilize two devil Fruits and Emperor of the Sea.
Blackbeard also has high endurance. His Darkness Devil Fruit can be said as the most evil of Devil Fruits and allow him to create, control, and transform into darkness. But being a Logia Type, he can’t turn into invincible, and the fact is the attack that hits him will hurt worse than usual. He has an endless space inside his body of darkness and can absorb things with the force of gravity then trap in the infinite darkness of his body. Besides, the power of darkness nullify the ability of Devil Fruit user, which mean as long as BlackBeard is touching his target, they are like as never ate their Devil Fruits at all.
Shanks (Red Hair Pirate)
Shanks as being young, his strength equal with other emperors. He is also the rival of Dracule Mihawk, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and claimed the strongest swordsman of the world. Moreover, he is also a former member (apprentice) of the King of Pirate; Gol D. Roger, who conquered the whole Grand Line successfully. Additionally, he is the one who is admired by Luffy and inspired Luffy to become a pirate.
There is no clear explanation of his power and ability. But as far as we saw, Shanks can’t be a Devil Fruit user because when he saved the Luffy of 7 years old, he swam in the sea. He also used Conqueror Haki to make the Sea king go away. So, Shanks would be capable of utilizing all three types of Haki. After that event, he became to use his sword with his right hand. Shanks still is influential with his sword attack.
As a rival of the world’s greatest swordsman and as an Emperor, Shanks stopped Kaido from attacking White Beard without getting any visible damage during the war of Marineford. His sword is also unidentified and can be one of 21 great blades or ten supreme swords. Can expect him as an Emperor of the Sea without Devil Fruit ability and just the power of Swordsmanship and Haki.
