In 2004, 17-year-old high school student Moon Dong-eun is ruthlessly bullied by a group of her rich peers, led by Park Yeon-jin and including Jeon Jae-joon, Choi Hye-jeong, Lee Sa-ra and Son Myeong-oh. Dong-eun files a police report but Yeon-jin’s mother uses her connections to cover up the incident.

The Glory Season 1 Episode 8 Recap
Choi Hye Jeong begs Moon Dong Eun to spare her and not to contact her mother-in-law. In return, she has to report Son Myeong O as a missing person. Moon Dong Eun then meets Jeon Jae Jun after his heated discussion with Ha Do Yeong.
She remembers how he assaulted her in the past. She warns him about helping Yeon Jin and tries to make him his ally. She then hands him a “gift,” proving that his daughter is also color blind. After their meeting, Moon Dong Eun suffers an episode again.
On the other hand, Ha Do Yeong meets Choi Hye Jeong and asks her about Moon Dong Eun’s relationship with his wife. From there, he learns about the school violence his wife committed in the past. He eventually meets Joo Yeong Jeong to play Go. In the end, Park Yeon Jin tries to manipulate him.
Joo Yeo Jeong’s mother visits Kang Yeong Cheon in prison after learning that the murderer keeps writing letters to her son. Choi Hye Jeong finally reports Son Myeong O as a missing person. Ha Do Yeong, also calls Moon Dong Eun.

The Glory Season 2 Spoiler
It’s no stretch to suggest that Dong-eun’s plan will come to fruition, though probably with some hitches along the way and, presumably, some meditation on the existential price of revenge.
Through an extremely complex series of flashbacks we’ve known from the start that Dong-Eun intends to make her bullies’ lives on Earth hell and that the plan seems to involve turning the gang against themselves. First was Myeong-oh, who Dong-Eun turned on his supercilious employer Jae-jun, getting him to steal DNA samples and prove the father of Yeon-jin’s daughter is actually Jae-jun and not her husband Do-young.
Myeong-oh was mysteriously killed, apparently not by Dong-Eun, so we’ll need to find out whodunnit before the final credits roll. Yeon-Jin’s husband will play a crucial role in the next season. Will he side with his wife or side with the victim of bullying who simply wants vengeance?
Cabin crew Hye-Jeong was next, agreeing to serve Dong-eun’s needs in return for escaping her vengeance. The two absolute worsts, Yeon-jin and Jae-jun are yet to feel the full force of Dong-eun’s wrath, but when it comes, we presume it will arrive in the form of Ye-sol, their daughter.
