The D23 Expo has been delayed

The biennial fan event of Disney D23 Expo has been delayed. It will now commence on September 9-11, 2022 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Though Disney has not specified why the expo has been delayed, a short statement from the house remarks that the expo in 2022 will coincide with the founding of Disney in 1923, and hence will kickstart the 100th-anniversary celebration.

A short statement on Twitter from Disney‘s official handle on September 29 gives us information about the delayed event.
