Taapsee Pannu And Pratik Gandhi To Star In ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan’

Indian theatre and film actor Pratik Gandhi became a household name after his exceptional performance as Harshad Mehta in ‘Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story.’
A new pair
Taapsee Pannu, who has given some powerful performances in films like ‘Pink,’ ‘Thappad,’ ‘Manmarziyaan’ and ‘Saand Ki Aankh,’ is teaming up with Pratik Gandhi for an investigative comedy.
The two will be seen together in a comedy film titled ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan’ – it’s being directed by Arshad Syed and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur’s production house.
Plot
As per several reports, the film is set against the backdrop of Central India. While Taapsee will be seen as a cop, Pratik will take on a very spoilt, bratty character. This unique Jodi will come together and go on a journey in search of a missing girl. Their contrasting and clashing personalities will add a comic element to the film.
Future projects
Apart from this much-anticipated film, Taapsee has many projects lined up for her. She will be seen in ‘Looop Lapeta’ with Tahir Raj Bhasin, ‘Shabhash Mithu,’ ‘Rashmi Rocket’ and ‘Dobaaraa.’ She’s also pairing up with Vikrant Massey for ‘Haseen Dilruba.’
On the other hand, Pratik Gandhi is working on some big-budget films like ‘Atithi Bhooto Bhava’ and ‘Ravan Leela.’
