Since the trailer of Spider-Man No Way Home has been released fans have created numerous theories and found several hidden characters. One character, in particular, remained very much into the debate but no one was able to prove if it was him or not, the character is Charlie Cox’s Daredevil.
Charlie Cox’s Daredevil is heavily rumored to be in Spider-Man 3, and because the police were involved it makes sense that he can be present in the movie. One scene from the trailer attracted millions of eyes, as fans suspected that it could be Charlie Cox, as attorney of Peter Parker.
The above-shown picture is the one where people suspected that he could be Charlie Cox. Since he is wearing white and folded his sleeves. To be honest, people just wanted to believe that he is The Daredevil so they saw one. White Shirt and folded sleeves, you could find thousands of lawyers wearing shirts like that, it is a very common practice.
Recently Spider-Man No Way Home Trailer was released in iMax Format in the theatre where the whole picture showed and the truth was revealed. One Twitter user shared the video of the scene in iMax. While he went to see Shang-Chi in theatre.
Saw #Shangchi in imax and they played the #SpiderManNoWayHome trailer before and because of the increased aspect ratio I was able to see the face behind the arms and can confirm it is NOT Charlie Cox #Daredevil pic.twitter.com/5l9r8aOQQ0

As now you can see it clearly it’s not Charlie Cox, he is just a common Laywer. This proves that Charlie Cox was not in the trailer, but it does not imply that he won’t be in the movie. He could be in the movie or maybe not, no one has strong evidence to prove or deny his presence in the movie. Let’s hope for the best.
