Recap of Record of Ragnarok Chapter 64

Chapter 64’s title is ‘The Return of the King’. Qin Shi stands beaming, with his one hand ripped off his torso. He holds his sword with poise in his surviving hand, ready to defeat Hades.

Qin Shi’s fans bellow loud cheers from the crowd, as the narrative reveals that he has been fighting to bring people happiness, and keep up the promise he had made to his dying mentor.

Qin Shi says that he is going to use the Heavenly Hand of Defence once more, even with one arm less. It is madness and near suicide. But Qin Shi’s eyes are gleaming with pride and resolve. He is not backing down, he is humanity’s hope.

Hades respects his opponent and considers it his fortune to have fought against him of all the gods and humans. He makes the first move, his spear dripping with ichor and godly energy. It cuts through the air and reaches for the life of Qin Shi who is only too prepared for this and deflects it with the Heavenly Hand of Defence.

As the tips of their weapons collide, the entire atmosphere in the arena seems to stand still. Qin Shi breathes out a Tortoise Ripple and then employs a Yan Cut to slash through Hades’s body from the abdomen to the shoulder. Qin Shi, the King of Men, has defeated the King of the Netherworld, Hades.

Spoilers for Record of Ragnarok Chapter 65

No official spoilers are out but with the defeat of Hades, the humans edge the gods 4-3 after the 7th Round. But following have been leaked:

• Huang and Alvito are injured as Huang lost his left arm during the fight and it is a miracle that they both survived.
• Huang then fell unconscious and was taken to the medical facility.
• The greek gods are angry and sad at Hades’ defeat, Adamas is now the god of the underworld.
• Buddha who should be in a medical facility has run away and now is lying under a linden tree.

The English translation of Record of Ragnarok Chapter 65 will be released on 25 July 2022.
