Record of Ragnarok Chapter 51 showed us the intense and thrilling battle between Hajun and Buddha. We got to understand the depths of Hajun’s personality after we saw the history of his life.
Zerofuku transformed into Hajun after a particularly tragic encounter with Beelzebub. The previous chapter showed us the climactic battle between Buddha and Hajun as we saw the latter dominating the former, at least for a short time.
In a bloody scene, Hajun has inflicted massive damage on Buddha as his left eye is bleeding profusely. This is where the plot takes a very interesting turn as Hajun’s past life is explored.

Record of Ragnarok Chapter 52 Release Date
There is no official release date for Record of Ragnarok Chapter 52. However, we are sure that the upcoming chapter will be getting released around the end of September or the start of October. We can expect it either on 30th September or 2nd October.
We can’t rule out the chance that it might get released faster.
Record of Ragnarok Chapter 51 Recap
After concise shots of the epic fight are shown, we get to see peeks of Hajun’s life. Here’s everything about it:
- Originally, Hajun was a despicable monster that wiped out an entire half of Hellheim.
- But later, he vanished into thin air but Beelzebub was determined to carry out some grotesque plan.
- Beelzebub found the remains of Hajun and conducted harmful experiments on him.
- Later, he created seeds and installed it inside Zerofuku which turned into horns later. The seed grew well and corrupted his existence.
- We return to the scene of the battle. As Hajun screams claiming that Zerofuku has been completely “digested”, meaning that the old him is gone, Buddha becomes visibly outraged.
- Buddha unleashes his Fifth Realm: Preta Realm, Holy Kannon – Salakayas. His staff gets converted into a lionhead and this attack allows Buddha to fight Hajun on the same level.
- He activates two of his iconic attacks: Samasara’s Karma and Samasara’s Karma Eternal. With these two, he overpowers Hajun and deals the same damage.
- Buddha screams his resolve to save humanity from evil no matter what.

There are no official spoilers yet for this upcoming chapter. However, there are many speculations made by many fans on Reddit. We could always see a revival of Zerofuku though the likelihood of that happening is getting smaller and smaller.
We’ll probably see a fight to the death with both sides getting injured as both cement their resolve to annihilate the other. Buddha has activated his strengths and attacks and might still have some tricks up his sleeve. However, we shouldn’t forget that Hajun can still level up.
