Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 158 will be getting released on either September 12 or 13, 2021 based on the region you belong to. In Japan, it’s on 13 but elsewhere, it’ll be on 12 September.
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 157 Recap
Here’s a brief account of what happened in the previous chapter:
- While Megumi is begging Kirara to at least listen to their plight, Yuji is thrown out and is beaten up by Hakari. Even with three unprotected fist blows, he submits and keeps rising up in defiance.
- As Panda and Megumi watch helplessly, Hakari claims he’ll listen under the condition that Yuji keeps himself erect without falling down. Kirara surprisingly assists them by forcing him to lend them his ears.
- Seeing the resolve of this young man, an amused Hakari asks Yuji why he trusts him. He replies that he’s heard his seniors raving about Hakari’s battle prowess.
- Though his punches hurt a lot with Yuji comparing it with a serrated bat, he keeps standing upright and towards the end, accepts their request to listen.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 158 Spoilers
Hakari and Kirara finally get to know about the past events that have culminated into the present. For example, the death of Yaga, Fushigueo becoming the Zenin Clan Head, and Gojo getting sealed are some of the past events.
There are some new rules in the Culling Games. A new character who’s looking for Sukuna is introduced and we learn that he has around 200 points which is quite high. The new rule might reveal every little detail about the participants.
