The 23rd movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man: Far From Home, will officially bring the current trajectory of the MCU to a close, but really, for many of Marvel’s fans, Avengers: Endgame is the big deal as Earth’s mightiest heroes said goodbye to some key members.

Our speculation of dates when the following movies could drop. Not officially announced by Marvel.

On Wednesday, Disney CEO Bob Iger talked about the plans during the studio’s quarterly earnings call, reported Variety.

Still being the secret keepers, Iger declined to reveal any other details about the masked heroes with some clues regarding what the future of the cinematic universe could look like.

“There are huge opportunities. There are many, many different directions that we can go,” Iger said of the possible sequels, spinoffs and superhero films to come.

Iger told that they looked for their future benefits while dealing with Marvel. It had nearly 8,000 characters in the comic book universe which could possibly be converted into future projects.

A month ago, Disney had uneviled its new streaming platform, Disney+. The new platform will allow Disney to connect people worldwide with thier new releases. Marvel is also expected to get some old cast crew to the new platform. Some of them may be featuring Loki, Falcon, Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch and Vision.

Disney Plus will show provide a common platform for moviegoers to watch their favourite Marvel movies as well as upcoming series. ‘Avengers: Endgame’ will debut on the service on December 11, this year. With the latest Disney-Fox deal, it is clear that we’ll get to see content from Fox and new original series made specifically for the streaming platform. The streaming service launches on November 12.

The Disney head is also moving forward to make things more interesting and attractive for fans in future, he promised. More other exciting opportunities beyond film and television to bring Marvel characters to life are being discussed. One such area could be Disney’s theme parks in China.

“At some point, we’re going to get very ambitious about what we do with Marvel at Shanghai Disneyland,” Iger said.
