Spider-Man: No Way Home is causing a real stir among fans. Not just for the anticipation of the movie but also for the quality, the trailer hasn’t sparked as much excitement in audiences since Avengers: Endgame was released in theaters. Some even hope that the new release will surpass the previous one and become Marvel’s biggest movie on the big screen.

The junkies on duty have used the hours since the trailer was released to analyze every frame, every scene, and possible reference hidden in the scenes. While the arrivals of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield did not come, the participation of Willem Dafoe was certainly a great gift; after all, the actor had not yet been confirmed.

Sinister Six

Although Electro doesn’t appear in the trailer, Alfred Molina is undoubtedly the biggest star. The actor returns after 17 years after he played Doctor Octopus in the 2004 film. With three of Spider-Man’s great antagonists already confirmed, the formation of the Sinister Six seems inevitable. When we add Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio, there are only two members left to close the group. And if it’s up to the audience, there’s only one more to go.

The Rhys Fans Lizard appears briefly at one point in the trailer, something you’ll need to pause and watch very carefully to confirm. However, the biggest news about this perhaps came from Twitter. Insider Daniel Richtman was asked about the Lizard in the scene in question and did not hesitate to confirm his participation. Check out the tweets below.

Rhys made his debut as the villain in Andrew Garfield’s film, where he played Dr. Curt Connors for the first time. The Oscorp scientist was originally turned into a lizard after testing a powerful serum. The drug was being tested to save the life of Norman Osborn, who was dying. By the end of the movie, Spider-Man actually manages to heal Connors, turning him into a human again.

We still don’t know how important the Lizard will be in the film, but everything indicates that it is directly linked to the formation of the Sinister Six.
