More Hidden Easter Eggs
With Endgame now available for viewers on DVD and Blue-ray, fans from the United States have been using social media as a platform to share details and facts about the movie that they had missed in theatres.
A lot of the time, fans re-watch the films to spot hidden Easter eggs, which the films seem to be full of. These include the X-Men nods, the ballet shoes on Black Widow’s desk or even Dr. Arnim Zola, the villain of Captain America, making a brief cameo in the film.
Newest Easter Egg Spotting
Recently, an eagle-eyed fan of the franchise took to Instagram to point out an error that could be major where the continuity of the final battle of Endgame is concerned.
The scene here is between Thor and Iron Man, along with the rest of the Avengers. It seems like Thor is standing helpless in the battle with Iron Man and the others who haven’t been able to defeat Thanos and his army when one of the sling ring portals of Doctor Strange appears behind Cap. Then, the defeated heroes start walking through it.
And when Doctor Strange finally makes an appearance, it is noted that he wasn’t wearing the Eye of Agamotto. This does makes sense, in a way, considering the Sorcerer had given up the Time Stone so that he could save Tony Stark in Infinity War.
But everything is not as perfect as it seems to be in the movies since the makers have made a huge error in a later scene. In the scene, as the Avengers line up together to take Thanos down after Captain America asks all Avengers to assemble, we can see the Time Stone hanging from Doctor Strange’s neck once again.
On the post made by the Marvel fan, there were numerous comments which speculated how the Mystic Arts Master suddenly possessed the Eye of Agamotto again.
While one follower claimed that this could be the Doctor Strange who looked into the future in Avengers: Infinity War. Another user explained that the Sorcerer had not given the necklace to Thanos along with the Time Stone.
Yet another one simply asked everyone to enjoy the fantasy movie and to stop looking for explanations that would be logical and make sense.
