Huge Plans for Scarlet Witch

Starting with WandaVision, the TV show on Disney Plus, Wanda will be seen reuniting with Vision, her supposedly dead, synthetic boyfriend. The two will reunite in a strange, yet sitcom-style dream home.

From there, Wanda will join the Sorcerer Supreme in the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

No More Mutants

In Marvel Comics, Wanda’s character is known as an over-powered, reality-shaping sorceress. She is known for losing her grip on reality and looking at the world as she wants to, which also puts her in negtive light. According to a new fan theory, it seems that she could be one of the major threats in the sequel to Doctor Strange.

Scarlet’s Future In The MCU

Fans all around the world have been speculating about the future of Scarlet Witch, and with recent reports, it seems that she will have a really important role in future.

Actors and co-stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, spoke more about it at the 2019 Disney D23 Expo, suggesting that WandaVision was definitely the oddest endeavors that Marvel has ever made. It is extremely avant-garde as well as weird. They also said that WandaVision would also directly continue to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Fan Theory

We all know about the 14,000,605 possible outcomes of the endgame with Thanos that Doctor Strange had envisioned. However, it is important to know that any sorcerer cannot see past their own death, which raises curiosity as to whether there is a multi-million ending where the Avengers somehow won against the Mad Titan. But this could only be possible if Doctor Strange ended up dying.

Doctor Strange final battle

The theory seems plausible, considering there are infinite universes that are parallel to the Marvel Universe, which means that there is an alternate reality where the Rat released Ant-Man, but the Supreme Sorcerer died.

According to the fan, Wanda will discover a reality wherein Vision was alive and the Doctor dead, but the Avengers still defeated Thanos. She will go on to blame Doctor Strange for the death of Vision, and will eventually go mad, thereby bridging the different realities and causing a major rift which will then leak into the main timeline of the MCU.

Clearly, this is still just a theory.

WandaVision is currently under production and is slated to air on Disney Plus in Spring 2021. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will release in theatres on May 7, 2021.
