Recap of Eleceed Chapter 200

Chapter 200 features a meeting among the Top 10 Awakened of World Academy, and Jiwoo Seo is at the center of their discussion. The matter at hand is that Jiwoo submitted another request for a spar with anyone from the Top 10 who is available or interested.
This puts everyone in a frenzy as they ponder on how to respond to Jiwoo’s provocative challenge.
Everyone is worried over this because accepting the challenge and losing the fight would mean putting their clan and reputation on the line. They’re also angry that perhaps Jiwoo is looking down on them because he defeated Glant.

One of the Top 10 is willing to accept Jiwoo’s challenge, but on one condition- that is, after Jiwoo completely recovers from his last fight with Glant. His reasoning is that winning against Jiwoo when he’s injured will only give him excuses.
But the shocking thing is Jiwoo’s injury has healed even though the academy’s healer had predicted that recovery would take several days. But of course, Jiwoo has Kartein, World’s greatest healer, by his side.
This is revealed when Lia Eresby, the President of the Student Council, approaches Jiwoo. She is shocked to learn about Jiwoo’s abnormally speedy recovery, and also that he challenged the Top 10 just for fun because he enjoys sparring.
In stark contrast, all the Top 10s have to deal with risking their abilities, families and their clan’s reputation in this spar.
Jiwoo even declares that he intends to fight all the Top 10 in the academy, which shocks Lia and all the Korean rookies.

After witnessing Jiwoo so boldly challenging the Top 10, the Korean rookies also get encouraged to send in their requests to spar against the World Academy students. This leads to a whole new level of chaos.
When Lia informs the Top 10 about this new development, they’re all enraged that they’re being hugely underestimated. But now that it’s come to this point, they realize that the issue can no longer be ignored if the Korean rookies really want to fight them.
