About The Anime
Dr Stone is set in a post-apocalyptic world where 3700 years ago, humanity was strangely frozen alive and since then, most human cultures have perished. The plot takes us through the hardships that a young science prodigy called Senku Ishigami goes through to bring back civilization.

The finale of Dr Stone Season 2 was an emotionally gruelling one. Senku was forced to petrify his friend Tsukasa out of forced circumstances. Senku promises to unravel the secrets of the mass petrification that took place around 3700 years ago.

Dr Stone Season 3 Plot
The teaser showed Senku and his trusted group of friends having fun on their ship while making efforts to discover more secrets about their world. Senku has made a new invention: a freezer for the whole world. Meanwhile, he makes the previous leader of the Empire of Might come under his Cryosleep technique.
At the same time, Hyoga and Himura have been imprisoned in different prisons during the season finale. Since Senku is trying to learn more about the history as well as the science of petrification radiation, he wants to make a spacecraft to hopefully find what led to the radiation.
