Doraemon 2021 Film Title and Everything We Know

41st Film
The beloved anime is coming to us in the form of a film which is scheduled to release on March 5, 2021. The 41st film of the franchise is the remake of the 1985 film Eiga Doraemon: Nobita no Little Star Wars. The 2021 film will also adapt to the same title.
Doraemon is undoubtedly one of the most famous anime, and it has been 50 years since it first debuted. Doraemon’s 40th film and the first one in Reiwa-Era hit the screens on August 7, 2020.
Highest Grossing Anime
Doraemon the Movie: Nobita’s New Dinosaur was initially scheduled to release in Japan on March 6, 2020, but was rescheduled because of the pandemic. Doraemon is one of the highest-grossing movie franchises in Japan and has crossed Godzilla‘s earning in Japan.
The 40th movie was about a Dinosaur egg Nobita found. He is forced to take it back in time to the year the species was facing its extinction. The film debuted number one in Japan and earned $3.9 million, even with the pandemic’s restraints.
First Look
Doraemon franchise unveiled its first look, film title, and trailer for the new movie on Monday. Susumu Yamaguchi, the man behind many previous Doraemon movies, will be directing the new film.
A new theme song called “Universe” was composed specially for this film by Official HiGE DANdism. As of October 13, the 40th Doraemon movie had earned a cumulative of $30.55 in ticket sales. That just goes to show that there is nothing stopping Doraemon fans from watching the films produced by the company.
March Release
Even though the vaccine is set to come in April next year the new date for the 41st movie is a little debatable. The now given premiere date might be rescheduled or be the same after taking every precaution possible. Whatever it is, it is too soon to tell.
While the movie is scheduled to premiere in Japan on March 5, 2021, the date for release in North America is not known yet. The trailer is available in Japanese, and according to what we can gather, it’s a movie about Nobita and Doraemon meeting an Alien and taking an adventure to space.
