In mid-April this year, filming was wrapped for the Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, but recently we got to see that its crew got Hat merchandise as a gift revealing some cool information on the movie.

Here have a look at the tweet first, then we talk about everything on what’s going on:

America Chavez

Xochitl Gomez As America Chavez

Portrayed by Xochitl Gomez, she is also known by her Nickname Miss America, a member of Young Avengers. You can see the Star on Merchandise which represents her logo, along with Scarlett Witch.

Speculation is Chavez will play a key role in Multiverse Of Madness because she was born on the Utopian Parallel, a paradisal dimension outside of time and space of the Multiverse and in the presence of the Demiurge ( a being responsible for the creation of the universe ). A young America having appeared to have inherited or absorbed an undetermined measure of her superpowers from the Demiurge’s ambient magical presence. Thusly enabling her willful traversal through the multiverse and incredible superhuman potential.

The best part is logo represent Multiverse just like Sony’s Spider-Man Into The Spiderverse logo, so the 3 different colors show the possibility of Doctor Strange Variants colliding with each other after the event of Loki finale, which unleased the multiverse but with the great threat, if we talk about rumors on recent Funko POP listing leaks the front logo could represent 3 versions of Stephen Strange.

1. Doctor Strange
2. Supreme Strange
3. Defender Strange

One of those can be the evil version of himself like we saw in Marvel’s What If, but we can’t be sure about this as marvel literally hasn’t given a single plot detail on what’s going on in the film.

Clea The Sorceress

Clea has been rumored from the beginning of the title announcement and a character to appear in the film because she is a human-appearing being and maternally related to the other-dimensional Faltine race of energy beings. The daughter of Umar and the niece of the demonic tyrant Dormammu, the noble Clea has been, sporadically, ruler of the Dark Dimension, the mystical realm to which Dormammu had been banished and which he subsequently conquered. She is also a Love interest of Doctor Strange in Comics.

Scarlett Witch

Scarlet Witch From Wandavision

If you have seen Wandavision’s End Credit scene, then you know that Wanda unwisely reading from the Darkhold and learning magic from it, no doubt unaware of the terrible risk she is taking. The Book of Cagliostro in Doctor Strange put the warnings after the spells, meaning Stephen Strange had no idea what damage the spells he was learning could do. Still, the Darkhold wouldn’t include any warnings at all and let me tell that the one who wrote this book is a big evil Cosmic being, and that’s Chthon, inscribing all his arcane knowledge on scrolls made from indestructible parchment and left them behind to serve as a physical link between Earth and his new home should he ever choose to return, so what we know so far is Wanda will do whatever it takes to bring back her kids even by risking the fate of the world.

Loki’s Involvement

Loki Series Finale

Recently The Hollywood Report brings word of Tom Hiddleston’s involvement in Doctor Strange 2, noting that the 40-year-old English actor is “expected to appear” in the upcoming MCU chapter. But Marvel Studios has not uttered a word on this. For what it’s worth, it’s officially known that Loki events would play into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Also, Loki’s season finale directly connects to what will happen in Spider-Man Now Way Home.

Also, to note that we may get to experience a spooky version of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as Scarlet Witch herself, Elizabeth Olsen, recently attended a Q&A Zoom meeting for the New York Film Academy in which she gave her thoughts on the film.

“It’s a very scary movie,” said Olsen. “It’s like old Sam Raimi. They’re trying to create the scariest Marvel movie.”

The reports of the upcoming Doctor Strange movie being a spooky one is a little unclear. However, director Scott Derrickson also claimed at San Diego Comic-Con that it would be Marvel’s first scary movie. Yet, soon after, Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige jumped in to assure fans that the movie would still be PG-13.
