Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 15: Release Date, Spoilers, and Other Details
The previous episode was another complete banger and did not disappoint at all as things continued to go insanely exciting with packed action throughout. It seems like the Entertainment District arc is far from over. The first image from Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 15 has just been revealed and it promises us with more action coming up in the next week.
The official Demon Slayer Twitter account dropped a new teaser image of the upcoming episode on Sunday and it shows a pensive Tanjiro Kamado looking back at Tengen Uzui. The image is attached below. To find out spoilers about Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 15, read on!

About Demon Slayer
Based on the manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge, the anime follows teenage Tanjiro Kamado whose goal is to become a demon slayer after his entire family gets slaughtered, except his younger sister Nezuko who turned into a demon.

Recap of Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 14
- In Episode 14, we see Nezuko completely overpower Daki as Daki gasps to breath. Nezuko’s regeneration ability is proving to be far superior to Daki’s.
- Nezuko’s demon powers have awakened and taken control over her as she seems to enjoy this situation torturing Daki.
- Suddenly, Daki slices Nezuko’s head off and declares that she’ll chop her up into little pieces and stuff her into her Belt. As she charges with another attack, Nezuko does the unthinkable. All her chopped up limbs and head are not completely severed.
- Her blood has congealed and now, she’s holding her limbs and head intact with just her blood itself.
- Next, we see Nezuko about to go berserk as she spots one of the ladies’ arms oozing blood. This is the downside of her demon powers being so activated as she’s not in control of herself.
- This is when Tanjiro shows up fortunately to stop her from doing something she would regret. While Tanjiro is trying his best to stop Nezuko, Daki suddenly shows up again and she’s livid over the damage Nezuko has done to her.
- Daki has now realized that Nezuko can also use Blood Demon Art. Tanjiro’s head is reeling at the tricky situation. He’s occupied trying to hold back Nezuko who’s on the verge of going berserk but with Daki showing up, he also needs to protect the bystanders so they don’t get hurt.
- There’s a lot depending on him right now but it’s too much for one person to deal with. Fortunately, this is when Tengen shows up to decapitate her.
- To many viewers’ shock, Tengen says that she’s not an Upper Rank demon. She’s not the one he’s been searching for because she’s too weak.
- Tengen tells Tanjiro to get Nezuko under control. Tanjiro then successfully manages to make Nezuko fall asleep by singing her a lullaby.
- Meanwhile, Daki is throwing tantrums over not being taken seriously and feared as an Upper Rank. But it’s worrisome that her body hasn’t disintegrated even after her head has been severed completely from her body.
- Suddenly, she cries out for her brother and this is when we realize that the real Upper Rank is her brother who has remained hidden all along.
- As Daki’s brother’s form materializes out of her own body, Tengen swiftly goes in to attack but he misses and the duo leap out of the way. Daki’s brother even heals her and now, her head is back intact with her body.
- This then leads to a confrontation between Tengen and Daki’s brother who is called Gyutaro, seems like the real deal as he is far stronger than Daki.
- Tengen causes an explosion and Daki protects Gyutaro by creating a shield around both their bodies with her Obi sash. The duo declare that they fight as one. This spells trouble for Tengen because Gyutaro is already powerful on his own but with Daki’s help, it complicates the matter even more.
- Meanwhile, Inosuke and Zenitsu show up in front of Tanjiro and a sleeping Nezuko. Will Tengen be able to take down the brother-sister demon duo, hopefully with the help of Tanjiro and gang?
Leaks and Spoilers of Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 15
- The title of the upcoming chapter is “Gathering” (Shuketsu) which refers to Chapter 87 of the manga.
- In the next episode, we’ll see Tengen struggling a little to fight Gyutaro and Daki as he is poisoned.
- But it’s a good thing Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke are there to provide help. Gyutaro and Daki get riled up, revealing that they’ve both eaten 15 and 7 Hashira respectively. Daki then attempts to attack Tanjiro and Tengen from behind.
- Zenitsu then shows up, bursting through the house within seconds and blocks her attack. Inosuke also follows in after him.
- While Tengen deals with Gyutaro, the rest of the group comes up with a plan and Inosuke heads in to cut Daki’s neck while Zenitsu and Tanjiro protect him from the Obi.
- Inosuke successfully manages to decapitate Daki and he runs away with her head to prevent it from reattaching to her body. He tells the other boys to not worry and instead to go help Tengen.
- But Gyutaro suddenly shows up behind him and impales him through the chest. Tanjiro looks on horrified by the scene as Gyutaro grabs Daki’s head and Inosuke collapses on the roof.
- But Tanjiro quickly recovers and gets to his feet to land a surprise attack on Gyutaro. And while Daki tries to kill Zenitsu, Inosuke suddenly appears unscathed as he had previously rearranged his organs to protect his heart from behind stabbed and also that poison has no effect on him since he grew up in the mountains.
- So, through a rapid turn of events, they manage to decapitate both demons. Daki first disintegrates and as Gyutaro does the same, he recalls their lives before becoming demons and just then, Daki shows up in her human form as Ume asking where they’re going next and to take her along with him.
- At first, Gyutaro denies her but Ume embraces him and apologizes for the harsh words she said earlier before disintegrating.
- She says that they’re siblings and should never let go of each other. So, the pair depart for the after life together, with Gyutaro carrying Daki on his back, like he’s always done.
