The only people who are powerful enough to confront him are Naruto and Sasuke, so they prepare themselves for Isshiki’s attack.
But Boruto surprises them by using his Karma so he can fight off Isshiki. Here, he displays surprisingly strong skills and now, not only Naruto and Sasuke, but Boruto also seems ready to withstand the Otsutsugi clan like Isshiki.

The trailer also shows Naruro asking Boruto about their current location but he is not able to reply. He is sure he will figure it out though if he uses the karma and he could open a portal and take them away to another dimension like Otsutsuki does.
Sasuke states that they have only two days before Isshiki implants his Karma into a new vessel before he dies. So they must act fast before he leaves the place as Otsutsuki is in search of Kawaki who will be his next vessel.
But the thing is Sasuke and Naruto are willing to die at any moment for the Hidden Leaf Village. Boruto is also ready to sacrifice his life for the village.
