When will Black Clover Season 5 release?
Black Clover season 4 aired on December 8 2020 and came to an end on March 30, 2021, after giving 16 episodes. The production of all four seasons have always been released without any break, but consistently.
As a result, the anime has almost exhausted the source material. This may be seen as the reason why the anime is going off-air after giving four successful seasons. And an announcement was made on March 28, 2021, that the development of a Black Clover movie was confirmed.
As far as season 5 is concerned, it might take a while before we see the lovely characters again. So you can expect it to be released sometime in the future, and not anytime soon.
What will happen in Season 5 of Black Clover?
The series follows a young boy called Asta who is born without magical powers, something unusual in his world. He grows up in an orphanage with Yuno, an excellent wind magic-user. They aspire to become the Wizard King and hence, their adventurous journey follows thereafter.
In the upcoming season, we can expect more intense battle scenes with devils and unfriendly kingdoms. We might also finally get to see who ends up becoming the Wizard King.
