We did see them use many upgraded out-of-the-world toys for fighting, and we mistook them to be all rich and well-funded, but unfortunately, all of them were just Tony’s toys. They just were using them.

We have a slight doubt if Black Widow was under unpaid internship too because she was a S.H.E.I.L.D. Agent and wonder if she would do all that dirty work for Nick Fury without getting paid.

Well, Cap was also an agent for a while, well, he was more of an independent help for hire, but still, he may have been paid. Otherwise, how do you explain a 100 years old guy affording a place? Also, we need to keep in mind that he was a WW2 veteran.

We actually did hear Cap saying that he couldn’t afford a place in Brooklyn, but we never took it seriously.

We should remember this too; when Tony was there, they weren’t paid per se, but they were actually given a place to live in, clothes and food were provided. They were also given cool transporting means.

But once the Sokovia Accords came into play, half of them chose to flee, and they were cut off from any means of luxury. Well, they did protect the world numerous times, so they still deserve it.

After S.H.I.E.L.D. got disbanded, probably Black Widow also lost her pay. So, to be frank, they all were just broke people in kick-ass suits. Well, except Stark.

Peter had his pocket money from his aunt, probably. Hank Pym hired Ant-Man so that he might be making a living after all. Hulk, well, he probably has more bills to pay to the government in terms of damages.

But Bruce Banner, on the other hand, well, he Was a very successful scientist, it won’t be a stretch to think that he might have enough money in his account to spend a decent life.

Doctor Strange probably has money stored up, right? Wait, didn’t he exhaust all his savings in his hand operations. And he spent the last of his money on a one-way ticket to Kamartaj. In Avengers Infinity War, Doctor Strange was asking for money from Wong to buy lunch.

Thor, well as a prince he never had to care about money all this while, but he might have cared for it when he was on Earth for those five years—but probably forgotten it by now as he is traveling through galaxies.
