Amazon’s ‘Invincible’ renewed for second and third season

The last episode of the first season of Invincible arrives tomorrow. And Amazon has decided to share with its fans that the animated series has been renewed for a second and third seasons.

Invincible is inspired by Robert Kirkman’s comics and has been gaining more popularity with each new episode.

The news was shared directly by Amazon Studios on their official Twitter account:

At this point, we don’t know if the two new seasons will keep the format of the first, with eight one-hour episodes. However, this is excellent news for fans of the series who feared that tomorrow would be the last day of Invincible.

INVINCIBLE is an adult animated superhero series that revolves around 17-year-old Mark Grayson, who’s just like every other guy his age — except his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man. But as Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.
The show started airing on March 25, 2021. It starred actors like Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, and J.K. Simmons. It is currently available to watch only on Amazon Prime Video streaming service.
