New Cast Members for My Hero Academia

The official Twitter account of My Hero Academia is announcing five new cast members for the new arc of the anime. The five members will be playing the roles of the new villains of the Meta Liberation Army.

The 5 new cast members for My Hero Academia include Hiroaki Hirata as Re-Destro, Junji Majima as Trumpet, Seiichiro Yamashita as Geten, Takako Honda as Curious, and Tomokazu Sugita as Skeptic.

The five new cast members are all quite well known. Hiroaki voices Sanji in Jump Force and also voices Vergil from the DMC series. Junji voices Ryonosuke Chiba from Assassination Classroom and also Oscar from Fire Emblems.

Yamashita voices Kakeru Naruse in the Orange anime and movie. He also voices Clay from Soul Eater. Takako Honda voices Anko Mitarashi in Naruto and also Chihayafuru’s Nayuta Amakasu.

Tomokazu Sugita is the most well-known in the group. Apart from being very popular, he has voiced a lot of memorable characters. He voices Gintoki Sakata in Gintama and also Kohei Nikaido from Golden Kamuy. He also voices Drakon from Magi, Kyon from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and also Escanor from Seven Deadly Sins.

Re-Destro is the Meta Liberation Army leader, a large and powerful villain organization that views the use of Quirks as a basic human right. They emphasize liberation over its regulation.

The show is in the ‘Endeavor Agency Internship Arc’. The new anime premiered in Japan on March 27. Crunchyroll and Funimation are streaming the anime. The fifth season covers the joint training arc.
